Whether you're new to tarot or have received readings before, it's natural to have questions about the process. Below you'll find answers to common questions about ordering a reading, what happens behind the scenes, how readings are delivered, and the approach I use in my work. My goal is to make the experience as clear and meaningful as possible from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your reading.
Many tarot readers offer "blind readings" where little or no information is provided before the cards are drawn. While there is nothing wrong with that approach, I have found that the more I understand about your situation, the more specific and meaningful the reading can be.
You are never required to share more than you feel comfortable sharing. However, clients who provide context often receive deeper and more personalized insights because the reading can address their unique circumstances more directly.
Providing your birthdate is completely optional. If you are not comfortable sharing it, you are welcome to leave it blank.
I often look at your astrological Sun sign, which represents a core aspect of your personality and how you naturally express yourself in the world. While astrology is not the primary focus of the reading, it can sometimes add another layer of understanding.
Knowing your age can also help me better understand the stage of life you are currently navigating. The questions, opportunities, and life transitions facing someone in their twenties are often very different from those facing someone in retirement.

Yes. Your privacy is important to me, and all information you provide is treated as confidential. The details of your question, your reading, and any personal information you share will never be shared with others.
The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of completing your reading and communicating with you about your order. I do not publish client readings, testimonials, or personal details without permission.
My goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where you can ask questions and explore your situation openly and honestly.
Once your order is received, I first review the information you provide. If I have any questions or need additional details to better understand your situation, I will contact you before beginning the reading.
I then conduct the reading, selecting and interpreting the cards based on your question and the spread being used. After the cards are drawn, I spend considerable time examining not only the meaning of each individual card, but also the relationships, patterns, and themes that emerge throughout the spread.
Once the interpretation is complete, I prepare a detailed written report that explores the insights, guidance, and key messages revealed by the cards. You will receive a PDF copy of your reading along with a photograph of the cards from your spread.
Every reading is completed by me and requires far more than simply drawing cards and recording their meanings. I spend time reflecting on your question, meditating on your situation, and connecting with your energy before I begin.
Prior to each reading, I create a sacred space and select crystals that align with the themes and circumstances being explored. For custom readings, additional time is needed to thoughtfully design a spread that best addresses your specific question.
Once the cards are drawn, I spend considerable time interpreting not only the individual cards but also the patterns and deeper messages that emerge throughout the spread. In some cases, I will sit with a reading overnight to allow additional insights to develop before completing my interpretation.
Finally, I prepare a detailed written analysis that brings together the guidance, themes, and practical insights revealed by the cards. The 3–5 day timeframe allows me to give each reading the care, attention, and thoughtfulness it deserves.
Your completed reading will be delivered electronically as a PDF document. The PDF includes a photograph of your card spread, detailed interpretations of the cards, and a summary of the key themes, insights, and guidance revealed during the reading.
Once your reading is complete, it will be delivered through Etsy Messages or by email, depending on where your order was placed. Because the reading is provided in digital format, you can save it and revisit it whenever you wish.
Yes. I am happy to answer reasonable follow-up questions related to your reading. If something is unclear or you would like clarification about a particular card, message, or interpretation, please don't hesitate to reach out.
My goal is for you to understand your reading and feel comfortable asking questions about the information provided. In many cases, a brief conversation can help bring additional clarity to the insights revealed by the cards.

No. Every tarot reading is conducted personally by me. I shuffle, draw, and interpret the cards myself based on my training, experience, intuition, and understanding of tarot symbolism.
After the reading is complete, I often use AI as a writing assistant to help organize my notes, improve readability, and refine the final presentation of the written report. However, AI does not select the cards, interpret the spread, determine the guidance, or draw conclusions about your situation.
The insights, interpretations, and guidance you receive are my own. AI simply helps me communicate those insights more clearly and efficiently.
Because each reading is completed individually for you and requires a significant investment of time, refunds are not available once the reading has been completed and delivered. Before you receive your reading, I spend time preparing for the session, conducting the reading, interpreting the cards, and creating a detailed written analysis tailored to your situation.
That said, my goal is for every client to feel that they have been heard and treated with respect. If you are dissatisfied with your reading, I encourage you to reach out. In many cases, misunderstandings can be clarified, questions can be addressed, or additional context can help bring greater understanding to the messages within the reading.
While I cannot guarantee a particular outcome or message from the cards, I am committed to working with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.
